Welcome to the new Helicopter archives. I have come to the conclusion that alphabetical indexing is a more accurate and easier navigation method.   • Guessing this is the Kalt Cyclone II in its original form. Kim Scully's first heli was a Kalt Cyclone II, it came to an horrible end after breaking a main blade bolt. Kim thinks he bought it back in 1993.

  • A close up of the Feda, Electric indoor helicopter. Powered by a small speed 280/300 motor and runs on Li-ion cells for over 10 minutes duration per flight. I have had the pleasure of flying this little heli, and I was quite impressed with its steadiness in the air and also its crash resistance. Its very tough

  • The camera setup on Trent's Raptor 50 is a Kodak CX4200 digital and uses a servo to press the button. The servo is plugged into AUX2 in the receiver and then switch operated on the transmitter. The box is made of ply with a clear perspex front. The undercarriage booms were replaced with longer carbon fibre arrow shafts to support the camera setup.
  • Jeff Blunt's Raptor 30 V2, powered by a TT39 heli engine. Running a CSM gyro, JR DS811 servos and a JR410G tail servo.
