Aircraft Aerobatic

Aerobatic aircraft take 2 main forms:
  • Scale Aerobatics: The two main forms of flying for these aircraft are IMAC - scale aerobatics and general 3D. IMAC flying is based on set manouvers and competitions take place all over Australia. For those not interested in competition IMAC of are into more hardcore aerobatics then general 3D is for you. These aircraft and generally powered by petrol or electic motors and are quite large 50cc to 150cc is the main size range.

  • Sport Aerobatics: The two main forms of flying for these aircraft are pattern and general 3D. Not surprising pattern flying is based on set manouvers and competitions take place all over Australia. For those not interested in competition pattern or are into more hardcore aerobatics manouvers then general 3D is for you. These aircraft and generally powered by nitro or electric motors and are small to medium models.
