RC Helicopter 3D Flying
Welcome to the Rebel Flying club Radio Controlled Helicopter "3D' side of the house.
Young or old 3 Dimensional (3D) is a fantastic challenge to anyone game enough to take it up. The helicopters used for this type of flying are generally called Pod and Boom and are specifically designed for performance in the air.
These helicopters fly forwards, backwards,sideways, upside down and can be pirouetting whilst doing all of this. This is a challenge of the mind which keeps you coming back for more and more.
3D helis is probably the most active style of rotary flying at the club. The club is fortunate enough to have some very experienced pilots in this area, help is always on hand for anyone wanting to get into this great discipline.
