Visit Camp Quality

The next Camp Quality day is 24th march 2007.

All members are invited to bring an aeroplane along that they think suitable for beginners to "have a go with". Usually the flying takes place in the morning and is followed by a barby lunch.

Camp Quality kids day. 15th of June 2003.

Below are the photos taken by Macr of our very rewarding and successful day for the Camp Quality Kids and their families. The day was cold and windy, even though it was a cloudless sky. Unfortunately we lost two aircraft to accidents, but I can say on the behalf of members of our club that was in attendance, that it was a pleasure and a honour to share our past time with others, who may not have the opportunity to try it.

A special thanks goes out to Dave Cornish for organising the display and Taniya Flanders for organising all the treats for the kids. I do not know who organised the food, but some one will inform me. Thanks to Tom Tobin for organising the BBQ and all the members who volunteered there time and aircraft to make the lives of the Camp Quality Kids, just a little bit happier.

I am sure that everyone in our club, cannot wait to the next time that we have the fortune of the Camp Quality Kids coming to visit us.
